David came form the sprinkler fitter field. He is another one that takes his field experience with him every time he steps on site. David is quick to relate to the workers on site and has been very helpful in addressing issues. David is starting to take on the role of walking with our new hires and helping to develop them into the SEE, Inc. roles that they are trying to reach
Besides day to day safety inspection David has also worked with clients on the audit process. He is very effective with getting the audit tool filled out and working with employees to understand the importance of the Audit process.
David has also aided our instructors in delivering our content in Spanish with our English only instructors from time to time and is primed to start his process in becoming an instructor in the near future.
