To All of our Valued Customers

With the COVID -19 virus precautions changing on a daily basis we wanted to give you a run down as to what we are doing and our positions moving forward with our services.

First and foremost, your employees and our employee’s safety is a paramount issue for us.  We continue to try to post links and send over information as we get it.  We are reaching out to our web person so see if we can set up a page and continuously post links to updated information as we get it.

We wanted to make sure we are able to continue site inspection service as long as we can but we will continue to monitor the situation.  Our employees have been instructed to practice good common sense measures including washing hands on regular basis,  not shaking hands, distancing themselves from others by around 6’, Be vigilant to make sure they stay as healthy as possible.  If any signs and symptoms of COVID start we ask they stay home and self-contain for 2 weeks as per CDC.  We are not taking this lightly.

We are asking clients to consider rescheduling any current scheduled training that is regular training and not currently needed for a few weeks to help keep from having several people gather in one place.

We will be looking at online training options for tele training on several subjects so those working from home would have some basic awareness level classes they could attend for a lower cost per student.   If training is needed we will continue to provide training but ask class numbers be lowered to less than 20 per class for the next few weeks.

We will continue to put out items such as bulletin’s, guides and other such materials as they come available to our mailing list as well as our social media outlets on Facebook and my page on LinkedIn.  As new information arises, we are seeing this is not as simple or as easy as first thought so need for people to pay attention and keep up to date in most important.

We will work with our Web content person to try to keep posting links on our web page as well.

All of our field staff will be available by phone if you have any safety questions.

Our office has been given the option to work from home for the next few weeks and to again distance themselves even in the office.  Continue cleaning efforts, etc., so you may reach us on one of our office staff cell phones.  They will still be able to get you information collect job information, etc., to schedule our inspectors as long as we can.

It is very important if you have any sites shut down or you are closing any part of our normal inspected sites please let us know so we can make sure we are not sending anyone out to places they are not needed.

If we all work together and stay up to date we hope that this too shall pass.  We wish everyone the best in health, etc., moving forward and again will continue service efforts as long as we can.

Again if you have questions or we can help in anyway please let us know.
